Welcome Maddie and Noah

Please join us in welcoming Maddie and Noah to the Primates Incorporated sanctuary!

The two of them arrived together from a pet ownership after months of planning. They are rhesus monkeys like most of our retirees. We are glad to report that the other monkeys welcomed them into the building with lipsmacking and other submissive gestures.

We look forward to providing them with a quality sanctuary life. Did you know it costs approximately $25,000 a year to take care of a monkey at the sanctuary? That’s because it takes a lot of time and effort to care for the monkeys as well as plenty of space and quality infrastructure. The professional staff take great pride in providing top-notch care and enrichment.

If you are able, please consider donating to help pay for a year’s worth of care for Maddie and Noah. We want to thank Maddie and Noah’s former owners for donating to the sanctuary and for wanting their monkeys to achieve sanctuary life. It took a lot of effort by many wonderful humans to get this accomplished.
